How to order?

Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions applied.

Pick your favorite item(s).

Step 1.
Fill up the Order Form at the top menu of this blog.

Step 2.
After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 24-48 hours.

Step 3.
After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the deposit of your order to our MAYBANK or CIMB account within 48 hours. Deposit 20%-50% subject to the approval from Hamperaya.com. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4.
To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach all the payment details ie; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money.

* Once payment is made, items will be sent out within a week before Raya.

Terms & Conditions

2. Only serious buyers.

3. It's ok to change your mind however. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order.

4. Items are 100% in new and good condition.

5. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

6. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting. Therefore we will state the details of the products.

7. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the location of postage.

8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as delivery guy requires signature upon delivery.

9. Once you have received the goods, kindly contact and notify us. If not, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
